WARNING! Methamphetamine Drug Lab Awareness
This course will assist attendees in
recognizing terms associated with the illicit production of Meth and identify
the hazards related to those items. Attendees will be provided with
insights leading to an effective approach to identifying physical,
psychological and toxic effects of Meth, as well as describe the history,
production process and Binge-cycle of meth use. This training can also be brought to

Tuner is a retired Special Agent with the Californian Office of the Attorney General, Department of Justice and Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement. He has worked in Law Enforcement for thirty years, between the California Highway Patrol and the California Department of Justice. Mr. Turner has worked in undercover narcotics investigations surrounding clandestine labs and upper street level drugs. Mr. Turner is judicially recognized as an expert in both federal and state courts in the manufacturing process of Methamphetamine, distribution, sales and possessions of narcotic drugs. Mr. Turner later became the Department of Justice Public Information and Education Agent. He possesses a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminology and Psychology from California State University of Fresno and a Maters in Public Administration with a specialization in law and public administration from the University of Southern California. He obtained a certificate of attendance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy facility in “Law Enforcement Instructor Development”. Mr. Turner is also a chairman of the Shasta County Alcohol and Drug advisory Board. Mr. Turner currently possesses a Life Community Collage Teaching Credential. Mr. Turner has authored the Article of Incorporation and Bylaws for the Shasta County Methamphetamine Task Force during its formation as a non-profit corporation. He has also authored the current revised Bylaws of the Shasta County Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board. For approximately three years Mr. Turner has been the Chairperson of the Shasta County Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board and is responsible for its activities and programs, all of which are reported annually to the county Board of Supervisors. |
