Seminar Refund Policy

Tuition fee will be fully refunded if a written cancellation notice is received in our office 10 working days prior to course starting date.  Send written cancellation to:

If CLI cancels a seminar for any reason, you will receive a full refund for tuition fees prepaid.  CLI is not responsible for any other expenses incurred as a result to the seminar cancellation.

Substitutions can be made at anytime.
