Mr. Gary M. Beaudry, JD Attorney at Law Mr. Gary Beaudry, JD has had a private law practice since 1991 and currently resides in Missoula, MT. He is an enrolled member of the Ft Peck Assiniboine/Sioux Tribes of Poplar, MT. Mr. Beaudry was the Chief Justice for the Ft. Peck Tribal Court of Appeals, for 10 years. Gary served as Chief Judge for the Three Affiliates Tribal District Court in Fort Belthold, ND. He also held the position of Special Prosecutor for Ft Peck in the area of Child Abuse and Neglect, Indian Child Welfare and other family matters. Gary was a very active member of the Fort Peck Child Protection Team. Mr. Beaudry acted as a Personnel Grievance Hearing Officer for many years along with litigations in Family Courts and arbitrations in Construction Law. Mr. Beaudry has been a facilitator for Council Lodge Institute, Inc. since 1991 during which time he has become a primary facilitator on the Indian Child Welfare Act, Child Abuse, Child Protection, Indian Law and Contracts, Tribal Codes, Court Administrators and Clerks of Court, and Tribal Court Procedures.
