Mr. Doyle L. Turner

 
 As an enrolled Cherokee, Mr. Doyle L. Turner has provided educational and awareness training regarding Methamphetamine and its impact, to over one-thousand Native Americans and numerous tribes throughout the United States.

 

Mr. Turner is a retired Special Agent with the California Office of the Attorney General, Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement. He has worked in Law Enforcement for thirty years, between the California Highway Patrol and the California Department of Justice. Mr. Turner has worked in undercover narcotics investigations surrounding clandestine labs and upper street level narcotics for twenty of those thirty years. He has supervised and conducted investigations throughout California regarding illegal manufacturing, distribution, sales, and possession of narcotic drugs.

 

Mr. Turner is judicially recognized as an expert in both federal and state courts in criminal investigation, the manufacturing process of methamphetamine, distribution, sales, and possessions of narcotic drugs.         

 

Mr. Turner later became the Department of Justice Public Information and Education Agent. He possesses a Bachelors of Science degree in criminology and psychology from California State University at Fresno and a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in law from the University of Southern California. He obtained a certificate of attendance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy Faculty in “Law Enforcement Instructor Development”.  Mr. Turner currently possesses a Life Community College Teaching Credential.

 

 For over three years Mr. Turner was the chairmen of the Shasta County Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board. For over six years, Mr. Turner has been on the Steering Committee of the Shasta County Methamphetamine Task Force.
